Signed"J-B. Jackson sculptor" in the woodcut at the right of the legend below the lower image border. "Raph. Urb. viv" engraved in the lower left, inside the border of the image.
InscribedThe legend below the lower image border reads "THO. HOLLIS Arm. Hospit. Lincoln. D.D.D. (some kind of variant of doctor of divinity?). In pencil below the woodcut, on backing sheet "'Feed my Sheep'" at the center in cursive. and by the same hand, written in sursive at the right "J. Baptist Jackson after Raphael/Nagler's Catalogue, No. 9/". In a different hand in pencil in LR corner "P3054-142".
DescriptionChrist standing at the left in front of a group of draped male figures. He points with his left hand to a kneeling figure while also pointing forward and out of the picture area with his left hand. The kneeling figure carries two keys. Set in an Italianate landscape.

Printed in shades of brown ink on top of the black outline.
