DescriptionBlack and white print. To the left of center, a man is standing on a canoe holding a very large net. He is reaching down with his proper right hand to grab a fish inside the net. Only the profile of his face is seen, and his shoulder obscures the bottom half of his face. The fisherman has curly hair and appears to be wearing a pair of pants and shirt, while his feet are bare/in sandals. In his boat there are multiple other fish traps and even a fish sitting right by his feet. The canoe is floating in a body of water whose banks are covered in lush vegetation. In the center, the leaves of what appear or be a palm tree bloom out and create a canopy over the water and the fisherman. "La Peche" is written in the bottom right corner in large letters.

One of four woodcuts for "Le Bestiarie ou Cortege d"Orphée" by Apollinaire.

Stamped in bottom left corner below print: "Atelier Raoul Dufy"
