DescriptionLadder-back with two slats, the top one arched and the lower one straight with quarter round indented upper corners. Turned rear stiles with bell-shaped finials. Turned front stiles have vase turning above the seat that support the plain turned arms. Two plain turned stretchers at the front and one on each side. Natural rush seat. The whole form is splayed outward at the base for stability and tapers inward as it rises.

Little surface finish. No evidence of paint or any old layers of finish.
