DescriptionA white ground with small musical notes in many colors crowded at the center of the page and thining as they scatter across it. On top of the notes "AMERICAN WHISTLES'" is printed in bright red. The letters have a soft, handwritten quality with edges that look somewhat like spray paint and seems to allude to grafitti, but it is not stylized as would be typical.Exhibition History"Prints from America: The Third Century Protfolio," Rotunda Gallery, The Hyde Collection, 2006- 2007.ProvenanceNew York, NY, Jane S.
